Redfrost
Name: Redfrost
Clan: ThunderClan
Age: 42
Gender: She-cat
Rank: Warrior
Appearance:
Pelt: Redfrost is a red tabby longhair. Her stripes are a dark reddish brown. Her chin and chest are white. She keeps her fur neatly groomed and spotless at all times, as going even a few days without grooming would leave it in a tangled mess.
Eyes: Her eyes are a lovely blue-green color which stand out nicely against her fur. They are clear and tend to give away her emotions easily as she can be very expressive, even if she's trying to look as indifferent as possible.
Build: In size, she's slightly larger than the average feline. She stands about 24 cm (9.4 in), and from head to rear she's approximately 45 cm (17.7 in). Her tail adds another 30 cm (11.8 in). When well-fed and in peak condition she weighs roughly 4 kg (8.8 lb). Warrior training and constant maintenance have collectively given her a well-muscled body. While she may not be able to outpace a WindClanner, she is certainly an excellent example of ThunderClan's strength.
Scars: Underneath her pelt are countless marks from various battles in her lifetime. Most notably are a small nick in her right ear and a scar on her chin, but most of her scars are hidden by her long fur.

Personality:
Stubborn: When Redfrost makes a decision, she tends to stick by it strongly. She's not flaky in any sense of the word; when her mind is made up, it's made up. It usually takes something really drastic to change her opinion.
Open-minded: She'll always try to look at things from all angles before making a call. She'll try to see things from another cat's point of view, even those from another Clan. Doesn't mean it'll change her own opinion, but at least she'll acknowledge yours.
Positive: She tries to see the best in everyone. Guilty until charged, after all. But don't think for a minute that she's gullible; if you're not worthy of being given the benefit of the doubt, your history will certainly speak for itself. She is of course more wary of outsiders, but she won't always automatically assume the worst.
Organized: She prefers to that things are kept organized and can't stand when things get out of control. When things do get out of hand, she tends to struggle with it. She usually manages to keep her head, but on occasion she'll panic and do something that may only make the situation worse.
Professional: Redfrost tends to stay polite and official with others, including her own Clanmates. After the death of her brother she became very distant from others, too afraid to lose more of her loved ones. She has since opened up considerably more, but she still keeps a professional tone with those that she isn't particularly close to.
Affectionate: It's not hard to get yourself counted as one of her friends, and once you are you'll find a happy-go-lucky girl with plenty to offer. Despite her typical tone, she actually loves to just be close and have some fun now and then. If you become a close friend, you'll see that she really isn't as dry as she tries to come across as.
Short-tempered: While for the most part she seems to be quite calm, it can be very easy to aggravate her. She becomes very snappish and sarcastic with seemingly no patience. This happens most often when she hasn't eaten; on a full belly it's highly unlikely that you'll see this side of her.
Blunt: Redfrost rarely ever lies and will call it like she sees it. Sometimes that things that she says can be a bit hurtful, though she doesn't usually mean it to be.
Perceptive: She tends to pick up on the subtle things very quickly; on more than one occasion it's even saved her life. She's always keeping track of things going on around her; it helps her to feel more in control and organized.
Sympathetic: If she sees that someone is looking a little down, she'll try to cheer them up. Maybe she doesn't always know the best thing to say do, but that certainly doesn't mean she won't try. Sometimes all it takes is someone to listen to make things better.

History:
0 - 6 moons: Redkit was one of two kits born to Dawnfur and Flamethroat, the other being a tom named Cedarkit. The two lived a relatively normal kithood, getting into trouble like any others. As customary, she and her brother were made apprentices at six moons.
7 - 12 moons: Redpaw was apprenticed to a skittish female by the name of Squirreltail. She was the young warrior's first apprentice, but was eager to learn and did her best not to cause trouble for her mentor. The two grew close, with Squirreltail acting not only as a mentor but a friend. With the occasional help from senior warriors, Redpaw excelled in her training, surpassing even some of the older apprentices. At 12 moons she had her warrior ceremony. She was renamed Redfrost after her blue eyes, which stood out against her beautiful red fur like a thick layer of frost against fallen leaves.
13 - 18 moons: Her brother, who often slacked off his duties, did not earn his warrior name alongside her. Unfortunately, he would never see the day of his own ceremony; in an attempt to prove he was just as ready as his sister, he attempted to face a badger that had made its den in their territory. Having never so much as seen one before, he'd greatly underestimated its strength. The Clan found his broken body the next morning.
Cedarpaw's death hit Redfrost hard. She shut out her friends, preferring to stay by herself for the longest time. She spent more and more time on patrols to keep herself distracted from his absence. At one point, she was approached by the leader, who basically told her that she needed to snap out of it, that this wasn't how her brother wouldn't want her to act. Thus, five moons after her ceremony, she was given an apprentice in hopes of bringing her out of her shell once more. His name was Ashpaw, a wild, stubborn and lazy young tom who reminded her a lot of her brother. The two were constantly at odds, but for the first time in moons there was life once more in Redfrost's eyes.
19 - 24 moons: Redfrost continued to train Ashpaw, who was starting to become a more respectable cat. Meanwhile, she was working on opening up more to her Clanmates. She found her friends happier than ever to see that the same old Redfrost was coming back.
25 - 30 moons: Ashpaw was named Ashfoot, leaving Redfrost without an apprentice. This didn't last long however, as at 29 moons old she was given her second apprentice. Foxpaw was a timid little thing, but he was eager to become a strong warrior and Redfrost was more than happy to help him reach that goal.
31 - 36 moons: Dawnfur was found dead by the twoleg path, struck by a monster. Redfrost mourned her mother's death, but refused to fall into the same depression as she had before. She spent more time working with Foxpaw, more determined than ever.
37 - 42 moons: Foxpaw was eventually named Foxclaw for his strength and ferocity in battle, a completely changed cat from when he'd first been apprenticed. Meanwhile, Redfrost continued to be a strong, reliable member of the Clan, always eager to help her Clanmates however she could and ready to fight for her Clan.
Devil in those Angel Eyes -- Redfrost wakes up and finds that everybody but Coldstar is still sleeping. The leader is trying to set up border patrols and Redfrost offers to join her.
Protect this Family -- Redfrost and Coldstar are on patrol when they come across fox scent trails. While Coldstar fills in an abandoned den, Redfrost finds an occupied one. After returning to her leader, the two decide to go face the fox and chase it off their territory.
