Pelt

Icestar has a pure white pelt that seems to blend into the snow come leaf-bare. It is groomed every evening, and it is actually fairly furry past her head. When it is wet, is sticks to her body beneath all the fur, giving her a risk of feeling very cold, especially at the beginning of leaf-bare.

Eyes

Her eyes are a shimmering green, quite grass-like in their color. They are always slightly lidded, except for when she is in a fight.

Scars

They've faded over the moons, due to her 25 moon leadership, but there are a few that have stayed. A claw mark is marked down her left side, painfully obvious to those who look at her due to the fact that it was her most recent, and her third life was lost to it. There is also a v mark into both of her ears, caused by the same fight that cost her third life. Other then those two scars, her pelt seems perfect.


Personality:

Proud

Icestar is very proud of her clan, constantly holding high hopes for her clan's future in her paws. She is confident that they can take on anything, with the training she and the other warriors give.

Obsessive

Icestar likes to know the details of every little thing in order to know about a situation. She likes to check in on everything, everyday, at a certain time, usually. This is to so she can keep watch on everything her clan does and to keep her clan healthy, though she was known to have habits as an apprentice and kit too

Cheerful

Icestar is happy around her clanmates, and will proudly(hehehe) laugh around with her warriors, queens, and kits. She holds a positive outlook on her clan, hoping they can take on whatever they come across.

Level-headed

On the other hand, Icestar knows when her clan is weak, though she never likes to admit it due to proudness. She knows which warriors are well, which warriors are sickening or injured, which queens should be moved into the nursery, and she knows what to do, she just doesn't like admitting it to the entire clan.

History:

Kithood

Icestar was born Icekit alongside a kit called Snowkit and a kit called Greykit. Icekit and her sister's mother and father was Whitecloud and Stripestream, and Icekit took after her mother more, like Snowkit. Icekit took to a habit of breaking ice off the den and treating it as something to play around with, though Snowkit found it much too cold to play with, and Greykit enjoyed playing in the snow more.

Icekit was always the smallest of the litter, being pinned down by Snowkit and Greykit in their games because it was easier then her trying to pin them. Icekit didn't mind much, though she wanted to swim more then anything in the world.

One day, Icekit snuck out of camp in order to see the river near the sunning rocks. This was around her 5th moon. She dipped her paw inside the river, and started to wade around, enjoying the feeling on her paws, when someone snuck up on her and shocked her into almost slipping in.

Yes, she got in trouble. But the way she recovered so quickly from being shocked was a little curious, but it was not important at the time. She was supposed to stay in the nursery for until she became an apprentice. All the while, she desired to feel the cool water on her paws again.. despite how cold it was, she loved going outside of camp.

Apprentice

As promised, Icekit was allowed out of the nursery at six moons and became an apprentice, learning the ways of riverclan. She got to see the territory for the first official time, and she got to dip her paw into the waters again. Over the two moons that she was an apprentice that did not get into a fight, she learned how to hunt fish and how to fight others in the water. It was then when they realized that Icepaw was able to react quickly and swim quickly due to her thin fur, though she often got cold because of it.

Icepaw's first gathering was on her third moon as an apprentice, and she mostly kept to herself, except for the warnings of an early leafbare from the other leaders, which she already knew from her own. Icepaw usually talked with her sister Snowpaw, being glad about not being in those other clans.

Icepaw's first battle came from a thunderclan fight when she was four moons into training. She was able to run around the other warriors and was able to fight off the other apprentices that were in the fight. In the end, Riverclan won the sunningrocks back again, and Icepaw had to learn to hunt on land near the rocks. The she-cat found herself preferring the fish she had always ate, and she caught more fish for the clan then the sunningrocks prey.

She was seen as the calm apprentice around in the medicine cat den, though those close to her only said that she was more thoughtful then calm. Icepaw showed her confidence in her clan and proudness of herself to those close to her, and her happiness completely disproved her calm demeanor.

Warrior

After a successful warrior assessment, Icepaw was given the name of Icestorm, given for the emotions she showed to some, or the fighting spirit she has on others. Icestorm and Cloudclaw were great battle sisters, with their brother Greystream being a good front-liner. Icestorm had a great cheering at her first subuing of an enemy warrior, which was at another battle against Thunderclan.

However, in that same battle, Greystream died to another warrior biting into his neck. Cloudclaw dealt with the attack by giving them severe clawings, but Icestorm never forgot the shock that was her beloved brother, laying on the ground with his neck bleeding out. Thunderclan also suffered a similar loss in that same fight with one of their warriors, and the victory went to thunderclan for that day.

Icestorm gave a vigil for her brother, and she remembered the days they played together and worked together as a family.

Soon after, Icestorm was given an apprentice by the name of Dawnpaw. Icestorm puffed up her chest and told the small apprentice about the wonders of Riverclan, and how the other clans would never understand why they adapted to the water. The first thing Icestorm taught Dawnpaw was how to fish for, well, fish, before teaching her the territories and promising to start the fighting training.

Dawnpaw's apprenticeship was almost interrupted by a few rogues, who seemed beat up, tried to take the lives of both windclan and riverclan warriors in their bitterness. Dawnpaw had a severe injury on her backside, and Icestorm got an injury on her leg that healed just as slowly as Dawnpaw's back injury, and the two were off and on in training together, with Dawnpaw's apprenticeship almost sacrificed for a life in the medicine cat den, but she got better, and was well enough to finish her training and had her warriors assessment soon after, which Icestorm watched over with a careful eye.

After the assessment, Icestorm complimented little Dawnpaw with her skills of care, her slow but efficient speed, and how she didn't let anything get in the way of her hunt, even if she had complained a little.

That evening, Dawnpaw was given the name Dawnheart, and on her vigil night, someone wandered into the camp. Dawnheart yowled out a warning about an intruder, but the intruder sped up and entered the warriors den, where Icestorm watched groggily as the current Deputy was fed death berries in his sleep, and a paw with berries was reached out to her, which she jumped on the rogue and killed him, yelling, "Riverclan will triumph all, and not even intruding rogues can stop us!"

then left the question of who the new deputy would be by the current leader, and all gazes drifted towards Icestorm.

Deputy

Icestorm was appointed Deputy that night, in front of her previous apprentice and the spirit of the previous deputy. Greystream was also watching, smiling in the afterlife. Cloudclaw congratulated her sister on the new position, and Icestorm was able to adjust to a sub-leader role well. She addressed the order to break the ice during leaf-bare, and came up with an idea to ask Windclan for some of the abundant herbs they had.

Icestorm was also a great support in battle, since during a fight against windclan she was the leader of the force to at least defend the border. During the battle, a young apprentice had been killed accidentally, and the next moon a riverclan warrior had wanted to accept another warrior into the clan from windclan, and had killed the other deputy.

Icestorm and the previous leader were horrified, and they had exiled the warrior from the clan because of how he had approached it. The night after, Icestorm woke up to her leader and sister dead with both in the same den, and went to the moon stones for her leader ceremony.

Leadership

Icestorm gained her first life from from the warrior who had found her as a kit- Mudpond
Icestorm gained her second life from a queen that had died when she was a kit- Mosspots
Icestorm gained her third life from the warrior who had died earlier that moon, who had shared the battle victory at the sunningrocks- Shortfur
Icestorm gained her fourth life from the apprentice that was killed in battle with windclan- Volepaw, according to him.
Icestorm gained her fifth life from her father, Stripestream
Icestorm gained her sixth life her mother, Whitestorm.
Icestorm gained her seventh life from the leader before her (who I named just now oops)- Dovestar.
Icestorm gained her eigth life from her brother, Greystream.
Icestorm gained her ninth life from her sister, Cloudclaw.

After all of her lives were gained, Icestorm became Icestar, the Riverclan leader she is today. While walking away from the moonstones in order to find the medicine cat, who had gone off to get some herbs, Icestar was attacked by some rats and was killed, taking her first life. After the medicine cat returned to find Icestar bleeding slightly from the neck and standing shakily, they healed her wound and they started the shakey journey home.

After getting to camp, Icestar noticed that the next moon was coming up soon. She also needed a deputy, so she hired a warrior who she thought would be a good deputy. she went to the meeting and introduced herself as the new leader with a smile on her face, and declared she will be the best leader for a long time. And she lived up to this promise, seeing warriors grow old, and kits grow to be apprentices.

One day, Icestar was visiting a queen and her kits late at night to check on who the kits would likely be assigned to which warrior, having one of them be the old Dawnheart's apprentice when a group of shadowclan warriors swooped in and killed Icestar first, and when she woke, the kits were gone and the camp was awake from the crying kits.

Icestar managed to save one kit, Blizzardkit, and decided that she would apprentice The kit when he was old enough. One moon before Blizzardkit's apprenticeship, Icestar ran into a fox on the sunningrocks and she got in a fight she couldn't swim away from.

So she got into a fight that cost her a portion of her ears, and the long scar down her side was caused by this fox fight, costing her third life, and surprised the fox when she was alive again, and she drowned it. It was unknown what a fox was doing around the area, but Icestar had a bit more to brag about her clan overcoming.
